I Regret Buying and Will Never Shop Here Again
I will give it 0 stars. I ordered a sweater and i can't mention what was arrive to me. The pics online showed a soft and well made sweater but it was itchy and poorly made and even the color was wrong. Shipping was another issue.it took nearly a month and the package seemed to travel more than I ever have. I won’t be buying from this brand again. learned a lesson from them!!

My Frustrating Experience with Delayed Shipping and Poor Communication
Shopping with pinklaura is such a worstttt experience of my life. I placed an order 25 ago and I still don’t know if everything is confirmed. They don't manage their orders itself and I have not received any updates from their shipping partner till now. There was an issue with my order and I got no emails or alerts about it. Customer service sent automated replies that did not address my issue. At this point, I feel like I will never get my order resolved.

Frustrating exp with Pink Laura
They claim you can exchange items so i made it and send them back to their warehouse, which is super far away and the shipping cost is yoo much. I tried resolving the issue through their site but is not worth it. Very frustrating experience.

I Regret Buying and Their Return Policy is a Joke
I had a frustrating experience with Pink Laura. The fabric of the dress I purchased cheap and didn't match the quality. When I reached out to arrange a return they made the process unnecessarily difficult. First, they asked me to pay for return shipping which was more expensive than the item itselfThen they told me the return address was in China makeit even more complicated.After this they offered a 30% refund if i kept the dress and suggested me to gift it to someone or sell it secondhand. They also made excuses about their profit margins and how they couldn’t afford better solutions. The whole experience felt like a bad joke. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I purchased a two piece set from pink laura. It takes a month to arrive and I was disappointed to find the colours were completely diff, the set looked dull and faded. Also it has loose threads and uneven stitching. This experience has left me hesitant to trust online stores like this.

Why I Won't Be Ordering Again

I ordered a few dresses from pink laura after being impressed by the designs on their website. They looked stunning online but when they arrived, the quality didnt match the photos. the fabric felt thin and the stitching was poor. Why I Will Never Buy from This Company Again
Absolute nightmare dealing with their customer service. I ordered a couple of jackets from them and they turned out too tight. Tried to return them but they made it a complete hassle and trying to convince me to stick with them. No way Im never using this service again and warn everyone to stay away from them.
