1 month agoQuickthoughts Suspended My Account for No Reason!
So here's the deal with quickthoughts. At first, I was enjoying taking surveys and earning gift cards. But suddenly, my account was locked without any warning. I contacted support and they gave me a cheap reasons about breaking the rules which doesn’t make any sense because I followed everything properly. They say it’s "easy to earn rewards" but now I can’t even access my account. I would not recommend this app to anyone. It’s just not worth the trouble.

1 month agoMy Frustration with Their Unresponsive Customer Service
I have tried contacting their support so many times but it feels like i am being completely ignored from them. My points suddenly disappeared from my account. It’s frustrating because I used to love this app and i use it regu to earn some extra rewards. But now it’s like they dont care at all.. I have invested so much time into this and to be left like this is really disappointing. If anyone from the team is reading thie review, please respond and help me fix this issue.

2 months agoMy Experience with This App: Initial Excitement, Followed by Disappointment
At first, this game seemed perfect. The graphics were amazing and the gameplay was super fun. I was getting high scores and earning rewards quickly. But then, out of nowhere, my progress stopped. They said my account was suspended for breaking their rules, but they didn’t explain what I did wrong. It is really frustrating and I feel let down. Just a heads up for other players so they don’t run into the same issue.

2 months agoWhy I Prefer Other Survey Sites Over This One
This app’s got way toooo manyyyyy issues. The app constantly freezes up or kicks me out when I'm halfway through a survey. And it only works on mobile, which i don't like. I'd much rather use my desktop for surveys instead of struggle with a small phone screen. It’s annoying to spend all that time answering questions just to get a message saying I don't qualify.

I thought this app was great at first because I have been using it for almost a year and managed to earn gift cards pretty regularly. I usually get enough points for a reward every week which was nice. But recently, things have changed. For the past few weeks, I have barely received any surveys and the few that do come up kick me out halfway through saying I dont qualify. Its really frustrating....

I regret signing up for this app without digging deeper. After spending hours filling out surveys, I was excited to finally redeem my points. But when I tried to cash out, I got an error saying my account was "under review." I contacted support and they told me I'd have to wait while they investigate my account activity. Weeks went but no update and every time I reached out, they gave me unclear answers. I feel like all my time and effort were for nothing. Its disappointing to invest so much time, only to be left with no reward and no answers.
